Has my order shipped? What is my tracking #?
I process all of my shipping via Paypal's shipping center. Once your item(s) have shipped. Paypal will update you via email with a tracking number. Alternatively, you can always log into your paypal account click on your payment to elevation cosmetics to view your tracking #. If a tracking # isn't available it likely means your item(s) have not shipped yet.
SHIPPING INFO and RATES:
Each bottle of Elevation Polish will be carefully packaged in bubble wrap and shipped via USPS. Orders of 1-3 bottles will ship First Class Mail, and orders of 4 or more bottles will be upgraded to Priority Mail. All shipments will come with delivery confirmation, and will be shipped only to confirmed paypal addresses. Whenever possible, your Elevation Polish order will be shipped out, via USPS, within 3-5 business days. Please be aware of US Postal holidays and Sundays that could affect that estimate.
Combined Shipping for Multiple Orders
Please let us know and we will try to combine your shipping and will refund any excess shipping fees.
2.95 for the first item and .50 each additional item
This is for USPS first Class mail with delivery confirmation. Orders of 4 polishes or more will go USPS Priority Mail.
$9.88 USD for the first item and $1.75 for each additional item
This is for USPS First Class Mail with Customs ID tracking number. It may take as much as 20 days to receive in the mail. Orders shipping to Singapore require preaproval via email.

I will never ask for a polish to be returned. However, in the occurrence that a bottle breaks during shipment, please email me with a photo of the bottle and packaging (firstname.lastname@example.org) and I will ship you a new bottle free of charge.
In the rare occurence there is an issue with your polish. Please, email me or contact me via the contact form on this website at your earliest leisure. Please include as much detail as possible. Such as, your name, the polish color, details/issue, paypal transaction ID# and/or date of purchase. In most cases it is helpful to have pictures ready. Refunds are handled on a case by case basis. Refunds for transactions older than 6 months will be returned as store credit.
The supplies of Elevation Polish will be replenished stock twice a month [The 7th and 22nd of every month]. Please note that once a color is sold out, it will not be available until the next restock.
Depending on customer feedback, some shades might be discontinued, but others will take their place.

How often will your shop be restocked?
I update my stock at 9PM (CST) every 7th and 9AM (CST) on the 22nd of the month. Once an item sells out it will be gone until the next 7th or 22nd. Check out the Colors + Restock page for specific dates.
What if you sell out of a color I really want?
Please do email me or let me know on my blog if you are wanting a particular color. I will make more of it for my next restocking.
How often will you have new colors?
We release new colors 10 times per year, the 1st restock for a new shade is at 9:00pm Central Time on the 7th of the month, we restock those colors again on the 22nd of the month at 9:00am. My collection is based on customer feedback. Each month I look at the collection as a whole and also use customer feedback to edit the collection so that I feel it is representitive of Elevation Polish and current tastes.
Are there any up coming limited edition shades I should know about?
I'm fairly secretive about the limited edition shades. I would say that I have 1 planned every 2 months or so.
What is reflective curl? How does it effect the application of the polish?
Reflective curl is when a metallic finish glitter takes on the appearance that it has curled. When it hasn't. It mostly effects the larger glitters. The light will reflect off the center, edges will not reflect the light giving it a shaded appearance or visa versa. Most of the time reflective glitter will lay flat on the nail or the edges will just ever so slightly lift off the nail. Normally with application. It goes on normal like any other polish. 1 coat of your favorite top coat should smooth out the surface. I prefer and test my polishes using the following top coats: butter london PDQuick, Essie good to go, seche vite, posh and sally hansen diamond shine but others might also look just as great.
